Tim McGraw & Dwight Yokam Top Box Office

“Four Christmases” the movie co-starring Tim McGraw and Dwight Yokam topped the box office this weekend with a gross of $31.7 million. Coming in second was “Bolt” and Keith Urban’s significant other Nicole Kidman’s, movie “Australia” came in fifth as well as getting its fair share of terrible reviews.
1. “Four Christmases,” $31.7 million.
2. “Bolt,” $26.6 million.
3. “Twilight,” $26.4 million.
4. “Quantum of Solace,” $19.5 million.
5. “Australia,” $14.8 million.

Dwight Yoakam is a man after my own heart. He has his roots in the Bakersfield sound, just as I do. Last time I chatted with his agent, he said that Dwight rarely uses unknown songwriters. I’m hoping that this year he’s changed his mind.
