CMA Awards Recap

In our recap of the CMA’s there were many things that ended up good and a few things that just didn’t vibe so well but overall it was a pretty forgettable and dull night of awards. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood did a good job hosting the awards with a few moments of corny preplanned humor that never goes over well on any awards show but it always happens.

Chesney Leads CMA Nominations with Seven

Kenny Chesney continues furthering his status as a country music legend with leading in nominations at the 2008 CMA awards. Chesney lead nominees with seven being closely followed by Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles with six. Rascall Flats also received a nomination for vocal group of the year which they have won for five years in a row.
