Reba McEntire has signed with Valory Music Co. in another major deal by the young company. This move reunites Reba McEntire with industry veteran Scott Borchetta who is president and CEO of both Valory and Big Machine Records. Borchetta who has had great success with Taylor Swift as well as Garth Brooks latest release looks to be a perfect fit for a new resurgent Reba McEntire.

The 43rd annual Academy of Country Music awards followed a predictable award show program with cleaned up and cut up performances as well as awards that go to artists that make you say “Why did they get that”.
