Reinstate Hank

One thing about the Grand Ole Opry that many do not realize is that Hank Williams is not a member. By many considered the father of country music, Williams was kicked out of the Opry due to his alcohol abuse. Now a group is calling for Williams to be reinstated into the Opry. I think that the Opry is not what it says it is all about unless they do reinstate Hank Williams since he is the inspiration of many who have been inducted. It has been over 50 years now since Hank’s passing and help the Opry do the right thing by signing the petition from the Reinstate Hank website.

I agree I think it is terrible that Hank isn’t in the Opry when I would say if you asked everyone in there who was an important person in the history of country music you will get all of them to mention Hank. Everyone has problems and I am not going to say names but there are plenty who are in the Opry now who have problems.

Its is a shame that Hank has not been Reinstated in the Opry. He Belongs there more their anyone in Country Music. He has influenced everyone and was hugely Responsible for the Popularity of Country Music and also had an influence on Rock and Roll. How can we let Wanna be’s like Tim Mcgraw Carrie Underwood, Big and Rich, Taylor Swift, etc…….. Reinstate Hank and Bring back real Country .
