Chuck Wicks - Starting Now
The debut album by Chuck Wicks who first appeared on the Fox show “Nashville” two episodes before its cancellation now comes with his debut album “Starting Now“. The first single off of “Starting Now” is “Stealing Cinderella” which has already become a staple for weddings across the United States and climbed to as high as 13 on the billboard country charts. The CD as a whole has a very pop vibe to it as expected but does not cross over the line as some country albums are doing now days that wouldn’t have been considered country ten years ago.
Overall the CD is an average but solid release with a few songs that catch your attention but for every song that seems to be good then there is another one that feels sub par to the rest. Of course the most popular song off of the album is “Stealing Cinderella” which is one of the best songs off the album along with the title track “Starting Now” which more then likely will be his second single. Chuck Wicks debut came with a good single but an overall average album, and I am not sure if average is good enough in country music these days.

I love chuck wicks’s song stealin cinderella but I heard previews of the album and not sure I will like the whole thing plus review from here and country stars make me think i might be better off going to Itunes and grabbin a few songs
